A Stamp on Skinny Scarves

Whether they were 'too cool for school' or singing ballads, influential seventies bands had one thing in common: crossing boundaries. It's time to continue exploring the realms of men's fashion. Womenswear has begun to intertwine with menswear. Borrowing pussy-bow ties and elongated scarves has become more conventional in the recent seasons. Here's a new outlook for men.

Get inspired by the male models who seamlessly charged in lightweight bowed blouses during Gucci's fall 2015 runway show. If you're comfortable with bending the rules of masculinity, take a shot at mixing your skinny scarf with prints and textures. Take POC (Pop of color) into consideration this spring when choosing a scarf and make use of eye-catching prints with your outerwear.

Borrow notes from Missoni's recent fall collection, as models were sent down the runway in head-to-toe knits with cascading neckties wrapped around the neck. Sticking with neutrals will keep it simple and leave you at ease by adding a slim-fit coat. If the weather unwillingly decides to decrease, then go with, let's say, an oversized denim jacket. Not tough enough for you? Keep a varsity jacket on standby. Yeah, that's right. Pair your varsity jacket with a slim silk scarf. Take chances, dude.
